2. Protein Bars I love protein bars. They're super convenient and fill you right up. I recommend looking for a bar that is high in fiber and protein (think 4-5g or more). Sometimes protein bars are full of sugar and processed carbs which really add up. My favorite are LUNA protein bars in chocolate peanut butter. They're gluten free, and taste like candy :)
3. Veggies, Veggies and more Veggies! Nothing is easier than grabbing carrots, celery, broccoli, etc. on the go. They're packed full of fiber and healthy carbs that will fill you up and give you energy to keep going. Plus, you can eat as many as you want :)
